House Sitting in Penfield

Joylyn W. This was my 1st time using Rover. Joylyn is very responsive and very accommodating of my schedule. She cared for my 18 yr old yorkie poo with mobility issues and incontinence. She is very attentive and caring provider . I received many updates and many pictures. She didn't hesitate to ask questions and followed my instructions to a tee. She really put my mind at ease. Alexandra was amazing with our two dogs. Seriously I don’t trust anyone with my babies unless they’re family but we were in a pinch and found her on rover and she went above and beyond. My puppy also had an accident and she even went as far as giving him a bath because she wanted him comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough. She’s amazing!!

Brittany came on very very short notice and hung out with Miss Mouse while I got my infusion. I appreciate her so much because it took away the stress from worrying about my pup. I could tell Mouse liked her a lot and would be happy while I was gone. Thank you Brittany!!

Quinn stayed at our house and watched our dog while we were out of town for a few days. Hatcher was well cared for, communication was great, and everything went great. Would certainly recommend.

James continues to exceed my expectations as a phenomenal sitter. He is reliable, trustworthy, communicative, and the tidiest house guest. My dog and I both adore James!

Kylie was an outstanding sitter for my dogs and cats while I was away. She kept me updated with photos and administered medications successfully. I would definitely have her back for any future pet sitting plans. I feel so lucky to have found her!

Kate was an awesome resource for us during our quick trip out of town! She sent many photos and videos of the dogs and they seemed to have a great time with her! Our house was kept clean and well maintained for the time she was here. Thanks!!!

We were attending a wedding and we had to find a dog sitter last minute. Samantha was available, prompt and so easy to work with! Our dog loved her from the first time they met, she showed up when scheduled, sent us pictures throughout the night, and let the house immaculate! Would definitely hire her again!

Grace was amazing with Jaxx. She was very responsive and great with sending me pictures. She was flexible with my needs for timing and she was attentive to his food and care needs. I would use her again for sure.

If I could rate Angela at 100 stars I would. She did 2 meet and greets with Bowie before we did a long weekend trip. He is a very nervous dog and he absolutely loved her. You can tell that she has a genuine love for animals. Having him stay at home helped tremendously with his anxiety. We came home to a happy, healthy dog and a freshly vacuumed carpet, which was not expected and a very nice touch. Angela sent me pictures and a video of a doggy play date she took him on. We were extremely pleased and will be definitely be requesting her services in the future.
