Madison was extremely helpful and flexible! Agreeing to help last minute!! It was greatly appreciated. She even helped me out with checking to make sure I turned off my iron! I would highly recommend!

I believe Britney deserves five stars because she's always on time and very reliable. She always takes pictures of your pets and tells you everything that happened on her drop in visit. She really builds a bond with your pets as they will be waiting by the door for her to come in and give them attention.

With having just recently moved to West Virginia and this being our first time using Rover, we were extremely nervous leaving our kitties for this trip. But Josie and Jake gave us sooo much peace of mind. They were absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond, like I cannot emphasize enough how great they were! They treated our furballs like their own (even though Misha made them partake in hide & seek competitions every visit), followed their schedules (food, medications, extra directions, etc.) perfectly, and always provided humorous but informative notes and pictures every check-in. We will 100% be booking with them again!

Katlyn did an outstanding job with our kitties. She is a clear communicator and sent pics with updates. Highly recommend!

Alyxx is very conscientious and communicative. I am always aware of the status of the drop-ins and confident that my cat is in good hands. Highly recommend!

She spent 5 days with my 2 kitties. My super shy guy usually hides for DAYS under the couch when I'm gone, but he came out 2 hours into Natalie's first day caring for them. She's got great kitty vibes! She sent me notes daily on how they were doing and photos as well. And the house was left just as I'd left it, even taking out the trash for me. I definitely recommend Natalie as a caretaker.

Whitney is kind and considerate and did a fantastic job!

Andrea (Annie) was prompt every day, sent regular photos and communication! Our pets got top shelf care and were in excellent condition when we got back home!! Andrea will be our go to sitter from now on!!

Makensie was great with our cats! She hung out with them and made sure all their needs were taken care of! Would book her again to take care of everyone while we are away.
