I trust my two fur friends with Madison 100%! Madison is trustworthy, professional, and honest, and kept me updated with details and pictures of the visits. One cat always comes out to get attention when Madison arrives. My elder cat hides from all visitors, Madison made sure to find her to “lay eyes on her” and made sure she had some snacks close so she didn’t feel left out. Krystina was absolutely great. I was nervous about my dog Stella while I was on a business trip but Krystina eased my concerns. She provided reports each visit to include cute pictures. She updated me each visit on Stella’s activities such as food intake, play time, etc. i will be using Krystina going forward!
