Katie is beyond amazing. Our previous Rover canceled on us last minute and I completely panicked. Katie swooped in so fast to save the day. She leaves thorough reviews with pictures. Normally, I feel so anxious when we travel because I worry about my cat. Katie has quelled that fear and brought me so much peace of mind. She really goes above and beyond for a Rover sitter. She was comfortable watching my FIV+ cat and was great with the instructions I gave her for care. She was so communicative and she left our house in great shape.
