Katie was super caring for our three kitties! She was super fast in communication and did a fantastic job giving our cats the care they needed, including insultin shots for our diabetic cat. Had 4 drop in visits for 2 cats over a weekend and was very satisfied; on-time, very knowledgeable, cats liked her, respectful, and did very well. 10/10 would recommend for any pet care needs.
I was so grateful to Joanna! She went the extra mile to figure out how to get my cat in, so he could have some outdoor time (staying in causes a lot of problems). He always came right to her. She has the touch. She was consistent with her times, and communicated very well. She was patient with my quirks. I highly recommend Joanna.
