Dog Boarding in Steubenville

Both of my dogs had the best time with Mikaela! I got lots of updates with photos and they looked so happy in each one. She did a wonderful job caring for my special needs dog too. We will definitely be back!

Katrina took great care of my baby! He is verrryyyyy high energy and she handled that with no problems. He sometimes gets distracted with the excitement of being around new people and pups that he loses his appetite, she got with me when she noticed and found a solution quickly. We will absolutely board with her in the future!

Angeline and Dave were wonderful with our puppy Bo. We got daily updates and they spoiled our boy and made him feel at home . They went above and beyond for Bo and his needs. We are very appreciative of their care and would recommend to everyone! Thank you again !!

We honestly didn’t think we were going to find anyone last minute on a holiday weekend after someone canceled on us. It felt like our plans were completely falling apart. Then Jessica & Theodore came through for us—and we are so incredibly grateful. From the very beginning, they were accommodating, responsive, and just genuinely kind. When we dropped our dog off, we could tell right away she was comfortable and in a safe, loving environment. That alone gave us so much relief. Throughout her stay, they kept us updated with pictures and messages, and it was clear she was having the best time—happy, relaxed, and truly enjoying herself. It honestly felt like she was on her own little vacation. You can tell they truly care about the animals they watch, and that kind of peace of mind is priceless. We are beyond thankful and would highly, highly recommend Jessica & Theodore to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pet

After 10 years of boarding our dog in a kennel while we go away, we are kicking ourselves for not finding Anthony and Leslie sooner. Our dog (Ellie) is a high anxiety breed. She has awful separation anxiety and we wanted to find someone who could be home with her as much as possible. Anthony and Leslie checked that box right away, but after meeting them we felt even more confident that Ellie would be in the best of hands - they are the epitome of dog people and are so kind! Communication ahead of time was fabulous. While Ellie was at their beautiful home, we received frequent updates and pictures. For the first time in a long time, we were able to relax fully on our vacation without feeling guilty about her at home. They took Ellie for frequent walks, played with her, and shared their blankets and furniture with her :). We were worried she wouldn't want to come home! When we picked her up, we were so pleasantly surprised that they had made a Christmas decoration with her paw. They are incredibly thoughtful. As our girl enters her golden years, we are so happy that we have found such a caring couple to watch her while we are away. We cannot recommend Anthony and Leslie enough!

Wendy is AWESOME! She cares so much about animals & that shows whenever she takes care of watching your dogs or cats. Her place was clean & well kept. She asked before she did things. She kept in contact during the ENTIRE stay! She watched movies & played games with my pups 🐶. I feel like honestly my boys didn’t even want to leave her doggy retreat! It's like they had so much fun & love they forgot we were even gone! I've boarded dogs in the past & I'm a 80s kid so all of this new online stuff is so crazy to me! But I can HONESTLY say that this was a much BETTER decision than to old school "board" your pups. I was a bit skeptical at first obviously leaving your best friends with a total stranger. But after talking to Wendy & checking out her house during drop off I felt so much more at ease. Within 1hr of dropping my guys off Wendy was sending a text with pics & videos! She maintained these updates throughout the ENTIRE stay! All things said I would 💯 precent recommend Wendy for watching your buddies anytime! I'm actually returning today to drop them off for 8hrs-9hrs because it's my son's 16th birthday! So definitely give Wendy a call. She is an amazing person & provider!!! A+++++++++++

Melissa was able to watch our dog on short notice. Our dog was very happy to meet her and did very well spending the day. We will definitely reach out to Melissa again.

Lauren was great! Kizzy was very comfortable and happy while staying with Lauren. Lauren sent updates and photos. Kizzy got along well with Lauren’s dog too. They had fun playing together. Lauren even stayed on the couch with Kizzy during a storm so she felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Lauren.

This was our first time using Laurie and she was excellent! From the first meet-and-greet to picking up our pups after their stay, she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She treated our pups like family and provided frequent updates. We will definitely be booking with her again. Thanks!

Dana loves dogs! Our dogs loved the stay and were tired out from all the playing! She sends plenty of pictures and kept us updated with all the fun!

Wonderful provider. I felt very comfortable leaving my older and somewhat finicky dog in Alisha’s capable hands. I will definitely use Alisha again going forward.

This was Pretzel’s first stay overnight away from home/us. Michael was so sensitive to our nerves with the whole new daycare and boarding situation. He’s not been to a day care before, therefore, not sure how he would interact with other dogs. Well, as Michael puts it, he was a Rockstar!!! LOL. Michael kept us informed of his adjustment through videos. He was a little shy at first but he soon adjusted and was running around with the other dogs having a great time! Michael let us bring whatever Pretzel (we haha) needed. Crate, blanket, sleeping pad and stuffed toy. Other boarding places don’t allow that as we found out searching for the perfect place. Well, we DID find the perfect place and the perfect substitute caretaker. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about Michael or his facilities. All the dogs seemed happy playing with the other dogs. Michael truly is the dog whisperer. Pretzel will be back soon!!!!! Thank you so much.

Gave me so much piece of mind and my Benny really enjoyed staying with her and her family. Communicated throughout my trip and went out of her way for my little man. Highly recommend!
