Amazing response time, last minute acceptance and very professional. As I walked to the door to pick Ruby up, Ruby was relaxing and came to greet me at the door and she had the biggest smile on her face (not just to see me), which meant she had such a blast with Ms. Lauren Very accommodating, her home is beautiful and perfect for dog sitting! Nicole did a terrific job in providing a loving and engaged environment. This was clearly evident in the videos provided and general demeanor of our puppy (Zoey) at pick-up time. Beyond looking after our pup, she also provided insights and observations on Zoey's behaviors. I would absolutely recommend her, and will be using her services in the future.

I've taken Gunner to Kathryn's for the third time now and she has always treated both of us so well and has been very accommodating for any of our needs. I feel very secure leaving him with her and am grateful she is able to take care of him. Gunner needs his bed and pillow to be happy and suffers from anxiety but he does well when he stays with her.

Michelle was patient and knowledgeable with our energetic pup. We will definitely be back.

Ellen was the PERFECT pet sitter. I am from the South and was visiting Columbus to watch my son play Baseball. My concern was my 2 Doxies while at the games each day. Ellen picked them up, spent quality time with them so they were not stressed in my absence and dropped them back off to me each day. This allowed all the time we needed to make the trip here just perfect. My pups were happy to see her each day which also indicates how amazing she is with them. I HIGHLY recommend her and if and when I’m back in town, I hope she will still be available. This is my 1st time using Rover and I must say, Ellen you set the bar sky high for all other sitters. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Sydney was great with my pup Louise! She sent many updates and kept Louise entertained all day! Her dog Honey is the sweetest and loves to play.

Cindy was amazing and really good with my puppies. They both did not want to leave her house because they really enjoyed their stay. She really was attentive to my babies needs and sent updates and pictures throughout their stay. I highly recommend Cindy!

Katie takes such great care of our dog, whether it's overnight or just daycare. She sends many updates (pupdates?) so you know your dog is having a great time!

Michele was great! We dropped our boy off with her to attend a wedding and Michele was informative, comforting and her experience put us at ease. I had no doubt she could make our puppy mind his manners.

Thanks for taking care of Nebby for a second time and dropping her off at my place since I got back late. Appreciate the cute pictures and all the love for little Nebby.

Hank enjoyed his day at daycare with Megan and his new furry friends! I really appreciated Megan’s level of communication from the booking process to the day of. I got plenty of updates and pictures as well. Thank you so much again for taking such good care of Hank!
