Nicole was a brilliant house sitter! It is our first time using the Rover app, and we were so grateful to have someone as wonderful as her! She was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly is an animal whisperer...even our super shy cat came out and cuddled with her, which is a super rare occurrence! She did great with our slightly high maintenance dog, and sent wonderful photos, videos, and update! Will definitely book again in the future 🤗

She really is the grandma of your pets! My girls are older and loved her at the first meet and greet. My oldest is almost 100# and she didn’t even balk. Penny is communicative, attentive and kind. Kaelin is amazing! She stayed with our cat and high-maintenance dog over the holidays, and they absolutely loved her. We felt so at ease knowing she was with our boys, and an extra bonus knowing she’s training to be a vet tech and works at an emergency vet clinic! Highly recommend hiring her.
