Doggy Day Care in West Bass Lake

Brandon was great with out last minute booking! He sent us updates and pictures about our little pup! We had a little baby puppy and he helped her out of her shell!

As always. Mocha came home in wonderful spirits. It’s so nice knowing she enjoys her time with you , Jason, Frank and friends. She’ll see you again soon.

Leslie did amazing (of course). That's why we keep going back! She was even able to take Dale very last minute due to a family emergency. We fully did not expect her to say yes and she did! I can't give her enough praise! Our dog is an anxious dog and I feel like he loves going there and feels comfortable there as well!

Kyle is amazing! He made my first time using rover a great experience and my puppy Zara loves him! I highly recommend him. Thank you again Kyle and see you soon!

Karma was so sweet with my girl and it was obvious from the pictures that Charlotte was happy being with her. Thank you Karma for making my all-day trip to the Cleveland Clinic easier because I knew my pupper was in such good hands!

Cheryl kept me very informed and took good care of my Gypsy. If I am ever in the area again and need a sitter, I'll be sure to use her. Very sweet lady.

We are from St. Louis visiting son in Cleveland and unexpectedly needed day care for our Yorkie Toby (an emotionally scarred Puppy Mill rescue). Pam responded to my request within seconds and was able to accommodate our needs on very short notice. I have never seen Toby so relaxed and happy after a day of separation from us! THANK YOU Pam for restoring my faith in doggy day care. And kiddos to Schipp for the calm reassurance he gave my nervous baby. We will definitely book with you again on future trips to CLE. I will use Rover.com to try to find a sitter (hopefully) as wonderful as Pam back home in STL.

Susan and Kenny did a great job of taking care of our Doco for the day! She kept us informed with updates on how she was doing and provided extra attention because our girl can be a little Needy!! Thank you so much Susan!!!

Mary is so caring and attentive to Cali! She want feeling well and she made sure to notify me and even went out of her way to tend to her to help her feel better. Mary is awesome! ❤️

You guys are amazing! You take good care of my girls and always return them to me tired, which is great when I just get off work. You guys keep them active and also social, which is always a plus with 2 young growing dogs. I’ll always use them and they communicate well with me on how they are doing. I feel great leaving my dogs with you guys!

Our dog had a 5 star stay at Al's. We were able to visit the sites of Cleveland, knowing our dog was being well taken care of. We received updates throughout the day. We will use Al again and highly recommend.

Yoshi's second visit with Melissa and he is very happy! He went to the park and a walk. Very pleased with the service we got!

Patty and Paul were awesome with our energetic little pup! We’ll be bringing her back for more visits!

Lewey always enjoys his time here and is very happy when in Austin’s care. We will continue to use his boarding and day care services. Austin does so well with Lewey, and we appreciate the updates.
