Kim was amazing! She exceeded my expectations! I was already really anxious and nervous about letting someone watch my new 4.5 old puppy, especially when never relying on a Rover person before. She was very open with communication, replied fast, made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of, and even helped try to train him ! She has two of her very own pups who she clearly cares for and she reflects that on her clients (rover pups) as well! I would recommend her to anybody and will DEFINITELY be utilizing her again!
