Dog Boarding in Cleveland

I've always been hesitant to try ROVER and in the past was able to rely on friends or family to care for my dogs. Well, this time it wasn't possible so I reached out to two pet care providers on ROVER. Amy was the best one about communication and clarity. We arranged a visit and Amy & Charles took great care of my two girls. They were open to my suggestions for handling introductions with their dogs. Amy even took a pet first aid course, immediately, after I asked whether she had any training in it. She's an experienced human day care provider with human first aid skills, and now she can add that she's knowledgeable about pet emergencies. Amy sent many, many photos during the one day visit - I really appreciated that, too. Communication with her has been clear, quick and uncomplicated. I've already booked a longer stay for my girls and am confident that they will be cared for with the same love and attention Amy & Charles give their own dogs - which is a LOT! I feel really lucky to have found them, and highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience! Laura took great care of Buck, kept us updated with photos throughout our trip, and it was obvious he had a great time. Her home was clean, her yard was beautiful, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!

Emily did an exceptional job taking care of my energetic Labrador. She sent photos and wrote daily updates. She was most accommodating and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care!

Aleacia is unfailingly a great sitter! Excellent communication, Murphy is always happy to hop in the car and head to her house! He genuinely likes her, and enjoys his time when we go out of town. And I am always relieved to have a quiet day out of him when we get back, because he has gotten to play outside, romp with kiddos and puppers alike. I won't use any other sitter, Aleacia is the best! My friend and I both use her and continue to sing her praises.

Rachel was an excellent sitter, very easy to work with and accommodating for drop off and pick up time. Seemed like my pup had a great time during his stay!

Yankee had the most wonderful time per usual! Crystal and Lyle are amazing to both our boys every time they stay! Could not recommend enough!

Super sitter! as in the Superman of Dog sitters. He came to my rescue and responded quickly to all of my messages. Spenser kept my pet happy and probably gave her more attention than I do on a regular basis. She definitely had a great vacation while I had mine. I’d highly recommend Spenser, as long as you don’t book him when I need him, lol. Spencer, Thanks for everything!
