Anyone that can get Henry out of hiding is a rockstar!! Michelle over communicates to ensure all intent is exceeded. She asks questions to ensure she understands my animals needs (and wants!). She is punctually on time, loves animals, and is simply a wonderful person / thank you Michelle!!

Michelle always goes above and beyond for my pets! I am so grateful that she took care of my two cats in the midst of PCS season. She gives my animals so much love and attention while I’m gone. Highly recommend you hire her as a rover, she’s the best out there!

First time using Rover for our cats Ken & Amelia. Arden did everything to make them feel comfortable while we were out of town and gave frequent photos and updates. We had such a great experience with Arianna! She took amazing care of our cat while we were away and gave us complete peace of mind. We loved getting daily updates and the adorable photos she sent! Magen was awesome. Kept me informed with text and pictures. It was so brutally cold, but Magen came through every day. She even sent me a video of a water leak on my neighbor's sprinkler system and I was able to call my neighbor to let him know. Such a sweet young woman. Very happy.

The cats LOVED Taylor and her husband. Sasha could not get enough of them. We have never left them alone for such a long time and they kept us at ease by visiting with them twice a day.

Amanda did a great job and was super flexible. My kitty was very happy!
