This was our first time using Rover.com. It was a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations. Josephine was professional, caring, and put our mind at ease. I also enjoyed using the Rover app because it was easy to use and gave us all the information that we needed to make a decision. Emily does a great job with our puppy! We are super thankful to have her take care of Hachi. She does a great job tiring him out and Hachi is always excited to spend time with her.
