Hannah was amazing and professional. This was my first time using Rover, and was nervous about letting a stranger into my home but Hannah followed all our instructions perfectly and went above and beyond for our cat sharing plenty of pictures with us for each of her visits. Sydney provided wonderful care for my two kitties while I was away on a 2-week trip. I chose overnight care at my home and the kitties warmed up to her and had lots of snuggles, petting, and playtime. Sydney kept me up-to-date with texts and photos. I would recommend Sydney to anyone looking for quality, responsible care of their furry loved ones!! She spent lots of quality time with each kitty and their preferred pastimes - one kitty like to sit and nap on one’s lap and the other kitty like to be held and carried around - both require lots of time and patience!

This is our third time using Jessica and as always, she is such a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure our kitty is well taken care of, is an excellent communicator, and very reliable. We highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed!!
