McKenna was absolutely amazing with my cat, Pico! She was reliable, communicative, and genuinely cared for Pico like her own. Jessica is super friendly and trustworthy!! I was a bit nervous about booking with Rover for the first time but she walked me through the whole process. At the meet and greet I got to know her pretty well and she made me feel relaxed leaving my cat in her care. My cat is a bit shy around new people and barely interacted with Jessica at first. However by the end of our vacation they became friends! She sent us daily updates and pics! Plus she helped out with bringing in mail, packages, and taking out trash. I would totally recommend her! We'll be using her in the future!
