This was our first time having a drop in visit at our home. And its difficult trusting someone to come into your home. We were able to met her in advance and introduce her to our dogs. Kelsey was great during our booking and communicated with us daily. We absolutely love her dog pics. They're the best.

Autumn did a great job with our pups! They are never by themselves, so we decided to book a drop-in visit with her given that we were going to be gone for hours. Autumn came to our house beforehand to meet them and make sure they were comfortable. They absolutely loved their visit with her - would definitely book again 😊

Grace was beyond wonderful! Typically I’m very organized prior to leaving for my trips but this time I was just not on top of it- I had to change my booking, forgot to give her the code to my door, did not do a good job of laying everything out for her visit. I felt so bad and would not have blamed her for cancelling, but she took everything in stride and provided great care for Billy while I was gone despite all the hiccups. She’s incredibly friendly and detail oriented which makes me feel a million times better as the owner of a senior cat. Grace’s prices are also incredibly reasonable, especially for the level of care she provides. I’ll absolutely be rehiring her if she’ll have me. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially those of us with senior, pill-taking furry friends. Thank you so much Grace!

Christen was amazing with our two dogs and was incredibly professional. She constantly communicated well with each drop-in visit and gave us total peace of mind while being away. We appreciated the report card for each pup, showing all activities for the day. Highly recommend Christen!
