Michelle is absolutely AMAZING! I don't even know where to start with this review to express how thankful I am to have found her! We have two cats, one of whom can be a bit of a handful. My husband and I had never hired anyone outside of friends or family, but that wasn't an option for us this time, and we feel so lucky to have found Michelle. Upon meeting the cats, we knew she would be a great fit. She was calm and respectful, and continued to be absolutely amazing with them and with our house while we were gone. We were gone for two weeks and then hired her again for a shorter vacation -- and both times, she was just fabulous. She was always on time, left detailed updates, and fun and sweet photos of the cats. She is extremely reliable and did everything we asked for perfectly for the cats. Plus my extremely shy and neurotic cat was able to trust her, which is a huge deal, and a testimony to how great she is with animals! I have a hard time trusting people with my cats, and I didn't worry even a little about leaving them in Michelle's care. I can't imagine ever hiring anyone else after having worked with her, and I absolutely would recommend her to everyone out there!

Kristina was great! My cats are pretty standoffish and she made a point of varying her drop in time to make sure that she could get eyes on both of them and know they were ok. It was really nice to know that they were cared for while I was away, huge stress relief for my trip.

Xanthia was very thoughtful and clearly cares about taking care of your pets. She took great care of our cats, and kept us up to date if she had any issues. Would definitely recommend them!
