Brandy took such great care of our cat Charlie. Very kind and dependable very easy to communicate with. He loved her from the start. It was his first at home stay so we were worried he would get scared and lonely. Brandy took pictures every day and sent them . It was unexpected and went well beyond expectations for care. He was so healthy and happy when we got home. I would definitely recommend and rebook Brandy for any future travels. She was like a friend or family member. So much Heart and love for the animals. It shows! It makes a difference. Very grateful. Great overall experience! Thanks again!

She helped us with a complicated family emergency and helped us immensely during an extremely stressful time. It is such a relief knowing our pets are in such capable and loving hands. As a first time user of Rover, it gave us a lot of confidence to meet Tyler in advance at our house and review the details of cat care. Tyler was right on time every day and sent me pictures which was so lovely. Even my moody cat warmed up to him after a few days! I think he did a great job and I plan on bringing him back for our next trip!
