Jeff capably took care of our house and very shy cat while we were out of town for a few days. He even managed to snap a picture of our phantom cat! Definitely would recommend!

Animals were well cared for! Hannah kept me constantly updated, and sent pictures every visit! My animals seemed so happy when we came back! Litters were clean, and the home was in good shape! Will definitely be booking with Hannah again in the future!

Allison did a great job with the twice-daily drop-in visits for my cat, while I was away for four days. She followed the instructions I left and sent texts at the start and end of each visit. She also sent photos for every drop-in and replied to my texts promptly. She was reliable, consistent and trustworthy. I felt comfortable with her on my home and caring for my cat, and I’ll hire her for my next trip without hesitation.

Alexandra took good care of our cats, including our special needs boy. His medication needed to be given every 12 hours, and Alexandra handled it without fail. She is 100% reliable and that was very important to us. She was responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend her.

Alyssa was wonderfully attentive for the drop-in visits we scheduled to take care of our two cats. All of the instructions were followed precisely and she provided all the photos I requested (worried for a cat who doesn't eat well when we're not at home). She also provided great notes with context of what she observed during her visits. We met for a meet & greet at the house and to go over the care routine, and we were impressed with her pleasant and calm energy which is a must for any caretaker of our anxious cats. Madeleine was an absolute godsend. This was our first time leaving Twinkie alone for such a long time, and we were naturally very anxious. Madeleine took care of her as if she were her own cat, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter! She followed all of our instructions perfectly and kept us updated throughout. Twinkie is an extremely shy and anxious cat who has never been comfortable around strangers, but Madeleine was so patient and gentle that Twinkie eventually warmed up to her. Seeing Twinkie come out of hiding to greet her was something we never expected and gave us so much peace of mind. Madeleine even went above and beyond by getting a Feliway diffuser when she noticed Twinkie was experiencing separation anxiety. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant the world to us. We came home to a happy, well cared for cat and felt completely at ease knowing Twinkie was in such loving hands. We wholeheartedly recommend Madeleine to anyone looking for a compassionate, reliable, and truly exceptional pet sitter. We would absolutely book her again!

Thor was amazing with my cat while I was on a long vacation. Made sure he took his daily meds and I got regular photo updates! He was also very flexible and accommodating when I made a mistake in my booking and asked to a drop-off later in the day. I recommend Thor very highly.
