We cannot recommend and thank Madison enough. She is incredibly punctual, professional, and genuinely caring. She helped us with a complicated family emergency and helped us immensely during an extremely stressful time. It is such a relief knowing our pets are in such capable and loving hands. If you are looking for someone reliable who treats your pets like their own, look no further. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Vanessa was fantastic. She went above and beyond to care for our dog and cat. She seems to genuinely care about the pets she is caring for.

Our pup has some trauma and can be a handful but Julia was willing to sit with him and slowly build up trust. She is very patient and kind, and listened to all my special notes for him. I highly recommend them!

Kelsie was willing to work with my busy, stubborn Aussie last-minute and even came for a meet-and-greet to make sure they’d get along. He loved her instantly! I can’t express how grateful I am to have someone I trust with my dog. I’d recommend her to anyone!

We are new to Rover and needed care for our two kitties on short notice. Ada was wonderful and helped ensure our sweeties were taken care of while we were gone. I appreciated the cute pictures and updates so we knew they were happy and safe! Thanks Ada.

Allison did a great job with the twice-daily drop-in visits for my cat, while I was away for four days. She followed the instructions I left and sent texts at the start and end of each visit. She also sent photos for every drop-in and replied to my texts promptly. She was reliable, consistent and trustworthy. I felt comfortable with her on my home and caring for my cat, and I’ll hire her for my next trip without hesitation.

Anbelle was great for checking in on our cat. He's normally pretty shy but she made him feel comfortable enough to come out of his hiding spots. She also was very communicative and sent plenty of photos.
