Madison was great and when we had issues with our cat feeder not dispensing she made an extra stop by our house to make sure our cats got feed. We really appreciate all the extra help.

We cannot recommend and thank Madison enough. She is incredibly punctual, professional, and genuinely caring. She helped us with a complicated family emergency and helped us immensely during an extremely stressful time. It is such a relief knowing our pets are in such capable and loving hands. As a first time user of Rover, it gave us a lot of confidence to meet Tyler in advance at our house and review the details of cat care. Tyler was right on time every day and sent me pictures which was so lovely. Even my moody cat warmed up to him after a few days! I think he did a great job and I plan on bringing him back for our next trip!

Julia is responsive, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond! She sent photos and updates daily which were greatly appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone!
