Madison was great and when we had issues with our cat feeder not dispensing she made an extra stop by our house to make sure our cats got feed. We really appreciate all the extra help.

We cannot recommend and thank Madison enough. She is incredibly punctual, professional, and genuinely caring. She helped us with a complicated family emergency and helped us immensely during an extremely stressful time. It is such a relief knowing our pets are in such capable and loving hands. Vanessa came out of her area to do drop in visits for my cats. I really appreciated it. We didnt get to do a meet and greet before and she handled everything superbly from my notes and video I sent her. Thank you again Vanessa.

As a first time user of Rover, it gave us a lot of confidence to meet Tyler in advance at our house and review the details of cat care. Tyler was right on time every day and sent me pictures which was so lovely. Even my moody cat warmed up to him after a few days! I think he did a great job and I plan on bringing him back for our next trip!

Mia took great care of the kitties and was super communicative! We got some adorable pics of our cats and look forward to her pet sitting again.

Our pup has some trauma and can be a handful but Julia was willing to sit with him and slowly build up trust. She is very patient and kind, and listened to all my special notes for him. I highly recommend them!
