She helped us with a complicated family emergency and helped us immensely during an extremely stressful time. It is such a relief knowing our pets are in such capable and loving hands. Mia was amazing, sweet and was a wonderful about checking in consistently with our cat. Mia even managed to somehow get our cat to interact even if it was by the end of our time on vacation. Brandy took such great care of our cat Charlie. Very kind and dependable very easy to communicate with. He loved her from the start. It was his first at home stay so we were worried he would get scared and lonely. Brandy took pictures every day and sent them . It was unexpected and went well beyond expectations for care. He was so healthy and happy when we got home. I would definitely recommend and rebook Brandy for any future travels. She was like a friend or family member. So much Heart and love for the animals. Kelsie was willing to work with my busy, stubborn Aussie last-minute and even came for a meet-and-greet to make sure they’d get along. He loved her instantly! I can’t express how grateful I am to have someone I trust with my dog. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Anbelle was great for checking in on our cat. He's normally pretty shy but she made him feel comfortable enough to come out of his hiding spots. She also was very communicative and sent plenty of photos.
