Liz has dropped in to help with our cats multiple times. Always prompt and great with communication. We finally feel safe taking a trip knowing Liz is scheduled!
Nichole took exceptional care of Simba, my 19 year old cat, while I left for a week. Feeding, watering and cleaning their litter box were all completed, as well as some additional tasks like taking her outside for a brief lay in the sun and making a blanket fort (Simba loves her blanket forts). If you have an elderly animal or one of younger age, you can leave on your adventure knowing they are well cared for with Nichole.
Marcus did a great job in a less than ideal situation. We (me and 5 cats) had just moved to the area one week before I had to leave for a week. Just uprooted from the only home they'd ever known, no routine, boxes everywhere, confined to one room and a stranger coming in to feed them! Marcus did great. Stayed in touch and kept me informed the whole time. Had great suggestions when we had one little hiccup, and kept everybody safe, loved (as much as they'd let him) and fed. They'll be all over him next time!
