We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeanne! Exactly one year ago, Moxie had back surgery, so we had very strict rules about protecting her back and limiting certain movements. Jeanne not only followed every instruction perfectly but went above and beyond in ways that truly touched our hearts. She was incredibly careful carrying Moxie up and down the steps, even sat on the floor with her to keep things safe and comfortable, and was constantly mindful of protecting Moxie’s back. The daily photo updates showed us that Moxie was happy, relaxed, and comfy in the most caring hands possible. Jeanne’s attentiveness and genuine love for what she does really shines through. She doesn’t just feel like a dog sitter—she feels like family. We trust her completely with our special girl and will absolutely be calling her again.
