Asked great questions, took notes, great communication, place was left in good condition, and even set up our ac unit when it got hotter than expected.

Pakuna was wonderful and took great care of our kitties. They don’t have complicated meds but they require special care and she was friendly in our meet and greet, took great notes, followed instructions, and sent great pictures and notes throughout the visit. Highly recommend Pakuna for your pet care.

Had another great overnight visit with Alyssa. She takes wonderful care of our cat Mocha and leaves our house clean and tidy. We’ll definitely continue to use Alyssa in the future!

Erin did a fantastic job! Followed instructions closely, gave me the exact right amount of communication, and was clearly very attentive to my pets. Plus she was very nice to work with!

Tamra was great with my kitty who is not very social. I was nervous that Punkin would be afraid and hide while I was away, but she took to Tamra and her home right away. I received a picture text within 5 mins of leaving her all snuggled and settled in! Tamra sent me pictures of Punkin throughout her 4 day, 3 night stay which put me at ease. I would definitely use here again.

Whitney did a great job caring for our cat when we were out of town! We hope to book her soon to care for our dogs, also (who we took with us on this past trip). She was so great when she came to meet them; I loved how she talked so calmly to our nervous dog, and gave him his space.

Bailey is so communicative and flexible! I really appreciated her thoughtful check-ins and willingness to extend services when I needed to stay out of town longer. :)
