We cannot recommend and thank Madison enough. She is incredibly punctual, professional, and genuinely caring. She helped us with a complicated family emergency and helped us immensely during an extremely stressful time. It is such a relief knowing our pets are in such capable and loving hands. If you are looking for someone reliable who treats your pets like their own, look no further. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Kaitlyn was wonderful. This was the first time we have used Rover and we were apprehensive. Kaitlyn made it easy for us to enjoy our mini vacation without worrying about our “Kids”. We even had a last minute update with additional visits we wanted to add. Kaitlyn was helpful with walking us through how to do that and we truly appreciated her assistance and the “Kids” enjoyed her visits. This was the first time we left our two dogs and cat alone at the house , but we felt they were taken great care of and loved each time Kaitlyn was visiting. We would highly recommend Kaitlyn and we will certainly request her services again when we go out of town.

Madison was great and when we had issues with our cat feeder not dispensing she made an extra stop by our house to make sure our cats got feed. We really appreciate all the extra help.

Angel is absolute best. My cat loves her and she even found a new toy he likes despite not being the playful type. He’s a big cat and she did great job keeping cat boxes clean. No smell at all once we got home. Terrific, dependable and professional care can’t be beat.

Our pup has some trauma and can be a handful but Julia was willing to sit with him and slowly build up trust. She is very patient and kind, and listened to all my special notes for him. I highly recommend them!

As a first time user of Rover, it gave us a lot of confidence to meet Tyler in advance at our house and review the details of cat care. Tyler was right on time every day and sent me pictures which was so lovely. Even my moody cat warmed up to him after a few days! I think he did a great job and I plan on bringing him back for our next trip!

Felecia did a fantastic job watching not only our 2 cats, but our home! She fed the fish and also brought in packages that were on our porch. She went above and beyond! When we returned home the cats looked healthy, well fed, and very well cared for. Thank you Felecia for a great job, we appreciate you so much!
