Aidan is the best! We’ve had her walk our pup and come by to take care of our other animals while we’ve been gone, and she’s been wonderful every time.

My'chaela was booked last minute to care for our 15 yo cat, and did a wonderful job, stopping by twice a day to feed & medicate. We booked her again in a few weeks. We have found a good,reliable pet sitter and are looking forward to having My'Chaela provide that care

This was my time using Rover and David made it a great experience. He came by to meet Isabelle and see the job to make sure we were both comfortable. He answered some questions about how Rover works. I was mid-flight when he arrived and he reached out to me to let me know how Isabelle was doing. And he was very prompt in responding when I asked for updates.

Asked great questions, took notes, great communication, place was left in good condition, and even set up our ac unit when it got hotter than expected.

Alyssa was wonderfully attentive for the drop-in visits we scheduled to take care of our two cats. All of the instructions were followed precisely and she provided all the photos I requested (worried for a cat who doesn't eat well when we're not at home). She also provided great notes with context of what she observed during her visits. We met for a meet & greet at the house and to go over the care routine, and we were impressed with her pleasant and calm energy which is a must for any caretaker of our anxious cats. She provided not just the requested service but also peace of mind. Thank you Alyssa, we'll definitely be looking to book with you again!! 🙏😸

This was our first time having Alyssa as our house sitter and it was for quite a long stay. I’ve had some challenging experiences in the past, but Alyssa made me feel very secure in her ability to take care of all the animals. I was gone for a couple weeks and Leanna took great care of my cat Feeny. She was responsive and kind via chat. I would hire Leanna in a heartbeat.

I cannot find the words to express how grateful we are for Lydia’s presence while we were out of town! Our initial caregiver fell through and Lydia jumped through so many hoops to get our cat the care she needed on such short notice with minimal help from us. She’s very attentive to pets’ behavior and eating habits, and you can rest easy knowing your pet will be well cared for. I am so glad our Scout had Lydia to care for her and keep her company while we were away. She truly saved us all this week! We’ll definitely look to Lydia when we need care for our cat going forward. My experience with Melody was fantastic she went above and beyond, truly the best pet sitting experience I have had. This was a super last minute booking after my previous sitter cancelled and she responded immediately and was willing to take over and show up instantly. She was super communicative and made me feel very comfortable, even going as far as giving me updates when she was leaving the house for less than 30 minutes. Not only did she send plenty of adorable photos of my cats but she cleaned up as well leaving my house in better shape than I left it. I would recommend Melody in a heartbeat she is the best.
