Keiko (Scott's partner in this petsitting venture) was so wonderful with Flora! I could see Flora loved being visited 2X per day over a long weekend of family events! I felt confident that Flora was in good hands when I viewed photos of Flora from each visit & also received a detailed report each visit!! Thank you so very much Keiko!!

It is my first time using Rover and I had a very positive experience working with Catrina. I was traveling abroad to a different time zone and she was able to work around the time difference the first few visits to ensure I was awake during her visits. My cats are not used to having many visitors and one especially gets scared very easily, but they both seemed to quickly warm up to Catrina within a few days. She was consistent with her visits, sending me updates and pictures daily. I was quickly at ease during my travels because I knew the cats were well taken care of. All of my notes and instructions were followed and Catrina communicated well if anything popped up. I was very happy coming home to happy kittens and definitely want to book with her again for any future trips.

Kimberly provided exceptional care for our two cats during a week of twice daily drop-in visits. Kim gave loving attention to assure they were fed and well cared for. This gave us peace of mind for their well-being while we were away. Kim is a real pleasure to work with, punctual and a great communicator. Ami and James are amazing. They took wonderful care of our elderly cat who requires extra care. They went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well taken care of while we were away.
