Nancy was fantastic! She is a great communicator, very professional, and was warm and friendly. My cat liked her right away which was a clear sign that Nancy would be a good fit for us. She did a phenomenal job caring for my cat while I was traveling for work. I'll definitely be booking with her again in the future!
