Dog Boarding in Springfield

Joel & Crystal are the absolute best with our anxious dog. She doesn’t do well with many people but they have made her feel so comfortable and she has totally opened up to being with them. They are so great working with sensitive dogs and really know what they are doing. We always feel so at ease knowing she is with them.

During my little girl's stay, Claire provided multiple notes and photos each day, as well as some wonderful videos. She knew our routine because of her thoughtful meet and greet process. This gave me great reassurance. Claire also helped my girl, an only dog at home, to become more social and playful with her dogs. I greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and care.

Had a great experience with Denise! Kept us in the know if there were other dogs that would be around, sent funny pics and updates of how our dog was doing, and took him out to fun walk spots. We would definitely book with her again!

I Always feel confident that my dog is safe with Katelyn and cared for. She provides daily updates and photos on how he is doing and shares any concerns she may have so I am aware.

Brittany was outstanding. My dog is a rescue and can be skittish. She set up a meet and greet days before our trip and wanted to be sure things went well and that it was a good match. Unfortunately some other sitters have taken her in and have had mass amount of dogs on site. While things have gone okay, I didn’t feel like my dog was getting the attention she needed to be comfortable away from her family. Thank you, Brittany! You treated her like your own and I felt so at ease having her in your care.

Amy and Robert were amazing! This was my first time leaving my little pug with someone that isn’t family. I was so nervous but Amy and Robert made all my fears at ease. This was the best experience I could have possibly had. They were great about sending me pictures and updates. They treated my little pug like one of their own. You can tell they are dog lovers and really care about animals. I would 100% recommend them and Ernie my little pug wait to come back!

When it comes to our fur babies, the best feeling in the world is knowing they are still in the best hands when they aren’t with you, and this is the kind of care and love that Tessa and her family provide. There is not any other place that I would want my sweet Poppy be when I’m away!! Thank you ❤️🐶🍂

I left my 15 year old dog Moka with Cecelia for a few days recently. Moka had a few eating issues but Cecelia took care of her with a loving heart and kept me up to date with daily reports. I felt that Moka received excellent care the entire visit. I would HIGHLY recommended Cecelia and will definitely use her in the future.

Diane is a great pet sitter! Our dog is older with no other dogs in our home, but he loved being at Diane’s house playing with the other dogs in her care. She was always responsive to our questions and flexible about our plans. We would definitely use her again for boarding or day sitting while we are in town.

Ying was absolutely amazing with my dog. It’s rare that I trust someone to watch my pet and Ying is clearly very connected and loving to animals. The way my dog opened up tinging was an immediate signal that Ying would take excellent care of my pet.He sent many pictures, is communicative, patient and kind. I’m already rebooking dates for the rest of my summer travel.

Cameron did an amazing job caring for my dog Willow. She honestly didn’t even want to come back home, which says a lot about how comfortable and happy she was while staying with her.
