Dog Boarding in Troutdale

First time using Rover. Gary & Carol were great. Jack came home happy and wasn’t all glitched out like when I’ve had to board him at a kennel. Would definitely use them again.

He was fantastic, very communicative and kind. My dog seemed very happy to be hanging with him for the week. Will be booking again.

These guys are amazing and have taken such good care of my boy. Super reliable with great communication plus overall just really cool people. The perfect family to watch over your fur baby! 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Cassandra and Trevor did an amazing job with my dog. They sent a lot of photos and videos. Did an amazing job with letting me know how he was eating and getting along with the other dogs in their home. I felt that my dog was safe, cared for, and in a warm loving environment.

Amanda & Joshua were welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the daily pictures and activity updates.

David provided excellent care for my Bubba…so patient, caring, and confident handling him. He came through for me on extremely short notice, which meant so much. I felt totally comfortable and at ease leaving my boy with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with David again!

Hanlan was amazing! I will book again any time I need a place for my girls Stella & Tangy. I was on a first time extended trip for 2 weeks. My cats had never been away from home before and Hanlan was so nurturing, patient, and caring to help them both adjust and settle in. She sent regular updates, cute pics and fun videos of them during each day. Her cat Little was a gentleman and played and hung out with Tangy mostly. They became buds even sleeping in same bed. What a great time they all had together. Stella was anxious for the first few days and Hanlan provided extra care ensuring she stayed hydrated and hand fed until Stella settled in. I had true peace of mind and comfort knowing they were in great care and a cat centric home with so many fun toys and climbing trees. I would book with Hanlan again n again. Highly recommend her services and sweet home for any pet stay.

Rhonda is the best! She watched my dog Zoey for 2 nights and was so generous. We forgot to bring toys with us so Rhonda’s son bought my dog a toy to play with. Zoey is also a picky eater and tends to eat less at a sitter’s house, so Rhonda baked her some chicken and scrambled eggs to encourage her to eat. Rhonda also let us pick-up our dog later than we agreed after our flight was delayed. She went above and beyond for sure. Much appreciated.

Elisabeth was absolutely wonderful with Junina. She was super responsive from the start and genuinely caring and loving with our girl the whole time. We had a bit of an unusual situation — my wife was pregnant and we ended up needing to head to the hospital, so our drop-off was a little hectic and last-minute. Elisabeth was incredibly understanding and flexible, which meant the world to us during a stressful moment. Knowing Junina was in good hands let us fully focus on what we needed to. Elisabeth and her family treated Junina like one of their own. The photo updates were so reassuring, and you could just tell from every picture that Junina felt at home. Couldn't recommend her more — we'll definitely be back!

Julie and Barry watched our Brittany Spaniel while we were out. We have never left her except with family and Julie and Barry treated her just like family. I was able to text and check in, they sent pictures daily a played with her until their arms were tired (she would play ball 24/7). Sage was treated like royalty, from filtered water to being allowed on the bed and furniture. Sage will be back to visit Julie and Barry in the future!.

Anastasia was amazing! It was obvious from the beginning that our girl was in great hands. Leaving your dog with a stranger was a pretty stressful decision for us but we couldn’t have asked for better. She provided regular updates throughout our dog’s time there and made sure we knew that our dog was comfortable. Our girl was happy and healthy when we picked her up. We certainly hope to use Anastasia again!

I felt good leaving my pet with Colleen. She took him for regular walks and potty breaks, texted lots of pictures and let me know how he was doing.

She was amazing a took great care of my baby, every picture I got my dog looked so happy and all her kids and pets got along great with her. She really great about me changing the booking and was really considerate she’s a very kind women and I would definitely book her again!

I cannot recommend Leah & Chris enough. We were out of the country for 2 weeks and needed to find someone to watch our rambunctious German Shepherd with a special diet. Her food needs to be kept frozen and thawed a few pouches at a time. We did provide a mini freezer, but it's still a bigger ask than normal. She also just refuses to eat sometimes, which can be stressful. Leah & Chris were phenomenal. When they were worried about her eating patterns, they texted. We got multiple texts per day with lots of lovely photos. They went on walks several times a day, played in the backyard, played in the house, and kept her very happy. They're easy to talk to, communicative, and overall lovely people. We've used Rover a few times, albeit for just a few days, and this is by far the best experience we've had. Don't get me wrong, the other people were amazing, but they weren't Leah & Chris amazing. You will not regret boarding with them.

Michelle is so good with our Clyde. We always feel comfortable leaving him with her when we go out of town. He loves playing with the other dogs. He is always calm and mellow when we get him back home!

Finley had a great time with Angie and Ethan, lots of walks and play, and a nice settled environment, which I'm sure he loved! Angie was very communicative and sent me lots of photos and updates. I would be very happy to have them care for Finley again in the future!

Sarah was absolutely amazing with our dog, Daisy! She was incredibly kind and communicative throughout our entire trip. We loved receiving regular updates with sweet pictures and videos—it gave us so much peace of mind. Sarah took Daisy to multiple parks and treated her like one of her own. It was clear Daisy had an amazing time! We’ll definitely be reaching out to Sarah again for our next trip.

Kristen was amazing! She took such good care of our pup and was great at keeping us updated. She made our trip away from home that much better knowing our boy was being well taken care of.

Yuting is always great. This was my third time having her watch Dave and I needed to drop him off a few hours earlier than my original scheduled time and she was happy to accomodate. I appreciate her flexibility so much!
