Samantha was a quick study, efficient, kind, and was able to touch my skittish cat at first meeting! I was so worried but she took my worries away and was so happy to get her reassuring words and pic while I was away. I was also happy to learn Sam is a local which provided even more assurance and even though I live a ways out she was willing to travel to me where others I contacted all said I was out of their area. I really liked her and my kitty Jack did as well, straightforward and got the job done. Thanks Sam, you were a life saver!
This is the 2nd time we have used Rashell to watch our cat and she is our first choice on Rover. We were on a trip for 8 days and Rashell clearly went above & beyond to not just care for our cat but attend to our hummingbirds and other miscellaneous tasks that keep the house going. Rashell strives to keep with our similar routines and provide lots of stimulus and interaction to promote an environment for thriving.
