As any cat parent knows, cats can be a little shy and often prefer hiding under the bed — Cookie is no exception. But Taylor took the time, patience, and genuine effort to make Cookie feel comfortable and cared for. Her kindness truly made a difference. Taylor was consistently prompt, courteous, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond her responsibilities — not only did she take wonderful care of Cookie, but she also watered our small houseplants and kitchen garden without being asked. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to us. Taylor also ensured cookie was taken care of when she could not come for a day due to a family emergency. Thank you Taylor. We sincerely appreciate all her help, her kindness, and her professionalism. Jess did a fantastic job taking care of our little kitty while we were gone. She was super responsive, sent us pics and updates, and Sophia loved her. We would definitely work with Jess again and can highly recommend her.

Honestly Kari is the best. She’s watched our diabetic cat for several trips now, as well as stayed in our home for 8 nights to watch our dogs and cat. I’m so thankful we found her! The house is always tidy, the animals love her, and her communication is great!

Paul was wonderful! We were looking for a pet sitter last minute and he came through. Followed our instructions perfectly and sent updates including photos and videos with every drop-in visit. I could tell from the videos that my cat loved having him around. Thank you, Paul!

Kayla noticed that one of my cats was struggling to finish their food during her visits, which resulted in my other cat trying to eat it. Her response to this dilemma was truly above and beyond: Kayla would hide the leftover food and make a second trip over later in the day (even though only one daily visit was requested) to make sure my cat ate the remaining food and didn't go hungry!

We reached out to Kayla to watch our cat over the long holiday weekend with minimal notice and she was more than accommodating and made booking very easy! She is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. She sent updates and photos every day, and Tut always looked happy and well cared for! Her family really welcomed him like one of their own. We will definitely use her again if the need arises!
