Tonya was very kind to my cats and sent me pictures of them being adorable twice a day, which was much appreciated since it's anxiety-inducing to be away from your babies without updates! Even the shy one was eventually up close and personal with her (I noticed the distance between them closing every day through the pictures). There was a slight communication mistake, which Tonya resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you from the kitties, Tonya!
Morgan is the best! Our kitty is shy and has anxiety which causes her congestion issues to flare up. She was so comfortable with Morgan from the start! Morgan was able to pet, brush and play with Esther! With Morgan there we felt so at ease and were able to relax and enjoy vacation! I swear Morgan is some kind of pet whisperer! 🥰

I was very concerned about leaving my shy boys, in someone else's care. Juliette was a God send, as she also has a shy cat. She knew to be patient, and give them their space. She also fosters cats, which helped me make my decision. She scooped everyday. She offered new toys regularly, to help prevent boredom. She provided updates daily. I would definitely have Juliette take care of my babies again.
Becky is the best! We got lots of pictures of our furbabies. She even brought in packages for us. Very communicative and always available for questions by text.
