I am a first-time customer with Rover.com. I submitted a request for a petsitter to watch my cats while I was out of state. For six days (including Labor Day weekend), Sarah M. took excellent care of my “Little Ones”. During all ten visits, she went the extra mile and cleaned up the occasional fur balls (yuck🤢) and small-scale disasters my cats made. My cats took a liking to her and that doesn’t usually happen. That means there’s something special about Sarah M. She is thorough, meticulous, kind, considerate, and professional. I’ll gladly ask her to watch my pets again! Thank you, Sarah! This is my first experience using Rover.com and I am very pleased with the service. Treanne's love for cats is evident and my little guy liked her at our first meeting. She took wonderful care of him and I loved the pictures and daily reports. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to sit their cat.

Kaylee did an amazing job of taking care of my fur family. She was proactive in meeting with me and my cats to make sure I was comfortable and the cats felt comfortable with her. She read my care instructions and asked good questions. She checked in frequently to help put my mind at ease. She was patient with my senior kitties who need lots of attention. She spoiled them with snuggles and movie night! She did a great job and planning on rebooking with her.
