Katelyn was fantastic! She sent daily updates and pictures of my cats everyday (after asking me if I’d rather have pictures daily or every once in awhile), and she gave my cats plenty of attention with each visit. I knew my cats were in great hands with Katelyn!

Hollie was great with our Mr. Kitty. He was well taken care of and played with. He really seemed to like her which we were concerned about since he doesn't usually like new people. She also sent some absolutely hilarious photos of him. She also made sure to fix anything that was out of place to make sure the environment was safe while she wasn't there.

We rebooked her for the second time and she was as prompt, professional and clear as before with communication. She even helped us out during a drop-in visit by bringing our trash bin from the curb, which we really appreciated!
