This was my second time booking Jacob and I was even happier this time. Jacob took care of my cats as if they were his own. He was available for an emergency visit one of the days I was gone, which I appreciate so much. He was able to give my cats their meds with no problem and was very communicative throughout my trip. I definitely recommend his services to other pet parents.

I hadn't traveled out of town in 5 years. I was hesitant and nervous to leave my 15 year-old cat, Higgins, alone. I'm so glad I found Rachael. What a great caregiver and sitter! I knew during our meet-and-greet that Higgins would be in great hands! I received an arrival and departure text for every visit, along with pictures and feeding and visit notes. Rachael goes above expectations: dishes and forks were washed, water bowls were full, feeding station and litter box area were tidy and clean. Don't hesitate to book her to care for your pet, especially in the King of Prussia area. I WILL BE a return client. Rover management: you've got a great pet carer in Rachael. Mackenzie was wonderful once again! She was reliable, communicative, and always arrived right on time, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
