Jessica was awesome! I was so worried about leaving my cat for a week because she’s getting a little older and has to take medication twice a day. But Jessica is very professional and really paid attention and asked questions about all of my cat’s needs on our meet and greet. During my time away Jessica’s updates and pictures really put my mind at ease right away. She was so sweet and loving to my cat who looked very content in all of the pictures. I am so glad she accepted the job and I hope she is available the next time I go away.

Natalie was very caring and considerate of our furry friends. Although they were shy at first, our flurries warmed up to her. She was timely every check in and communicated in detail about all the updates with them. We will definitely recommend her and work with her again!

I am a first-time customer with Rover.com. I submitted a request for a petsitter to watch my cats while I was out of state. For six days (including Labor Day weekend), Sarah M. took excellent care of my “Little Ones”. During all ten visits, she went the extra mile and cleaned up the occasional fur balls (yuck🤢) and small-scale disasters my cats made. My cats took a liking to her and that doesn’t usually happen. That means there’s something special about Sarah M. She is thorough, meticulous, kind, considerate, and professional. I’ll gladly ask her to watch my pets again! Thank you, Sarah! Stephanie took good care of my cats, who can be a bit challenging at times (one has special needs and one has a big attitude sometimes). She did well following the special instructions that were left for her and cleaned up some messes that were made which I greatly appreciate. the special wet food is tricky to mix up so that Gandalf will eat it, so I’ll try to show that a little better in the future. I would book her again!
