Dog Boarding in California

Madyson was amazing with our girl. She truly invited our pup into her home and treated her like her own. Her patience was unmatched considering we have a very energetic lab puppy & her pup Sparky has to be added to the 5 star review also considering he played with our girl so well! Madyson kept us updated with the best pics and made us truly feel so good about leaving our pup with someone. She answered all of my questions, was so easy to work with and made sure i was 100% comfortable and i just greatly appreciated that. i 10/10 recommend having Madyson watch your fur baby/babies, truly such a great experience!! Thank you so much Madyson and Sparky!! Delta can’t wait for another play date!! ❤️

Daniel and Christina are wonderful people. From what I can tell Finnegan seemed happy with his stay. I was nervous about an actual kennel vs staying in a home like he was used to as he was a rescue from a kennel life, but he didn’t seem concerned when I walked in to get him. I was told he did great on his daily walks and that everyone really enjoyed him. They sent a few photos while I was away so I could see how he was doing. I would use them again.

Michelle took great care of my fur baby! She was very responsive and gave daily updates and photos that gave me peace of mind while I was away. I would definitely use her services again.

This is our second time with Michelle and Luke. They are wonderful! Beau and Belle had a great time! They were spoiled the entire time! We received daily pictures and updates. When we came home and picked them up Belle wanted to stay with her new little friends! We will be leaving Beau and Belle with them again!

I would highly recommend Debbie & Adam. They were wonderful! They kept us informed on how our dog was doing, sent us pictures and were quick to reply to any questions. I had a total peace of mind while our dog was in their care. They have a beautiful fenced in yard and with two small dogs of their own they know how to provide the perfect care for your dog. Will definitely book with them again!

Kacy was wonderful! She took such great care of our Minnie. Her communication was excellent, and we loved getting photos and updates about Minnie while we were away. It gave us comfort and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without having to worry about how Minnie was doing. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Kacy! We look forward to booking with her again in the future.

This was Finn’s first stay with Ms. Melissa and she was amazing! Our big guy is quite a baby and she was so understanding. She gave frequent updates with pictures and videos. Made us feel so at ease while on our trip. We are so grateful for Melissa taking excellent care of our big baby:)

This was Norton's second stay with Jessica and Theodore and their family, and I think he had a blast. He loves the children and the attention, and they take special care of him. They even helped him send a Mother's Day greeting to me! Theo sends me regular updates and photos, and I have no worries about leaving him in their good hands.

Sparky seemed to have a good time at Tina’s, playing with her dogs and family members. We are very grateful for the care she provided while we were away!

Kristina was amazing. Tyger has never been left alone with anyone my daughter didn't know. She was extremely nervous. Kristina sent pictures and kept my daughters anxiety low. Tyger also enjoyed Kristina. She is the only person I will use and I recommend her for any dogs.

Deanna took great care of Ginger. She's got plenty of experience and she knew how to introduce Ginger to her pets. Ginger got so comfortable staying with Deanna and her new friends that she didn't wanna come back.

Maria is absolutely amazing, and such a kind, down to earth person! We have never used a dog sitter and she put us completely at ease. You can see she clearly loves what she does and truly loves dogs! She treated our dog just like one of her own. She sent several pictures and updates along the way and our dog just looked so happy!! We will definitely be using her again!!

This was the very first time I used a pet sitter to watch my old man, Oliver...As you can imagine I was a ball of very tense nerves! My Oliver is 15 years old, deaf, has very bad separation anxiety, can be a diva and has a touch of dementia 😁 I know this was a lot to ask of someone I don't know. Plus, this wasn't just a quick trip, an overnighter and he's back home... nooo...I was asking and trusting this woman to care for my dog for 7 days and over Thanksgiving too! Oh and did I mention Oli isn't really a fan of other dogs? And Brittany has an 8 month old German shepherd puppy at home! I thought for sure Oli was gonna hate it, cry and whine the whole time, fight with the puppy, chew up her house... you name it, I thought it. But I had no choice. My family had to fly home to Oklahoma for a funeral. So, we did the meet and greet and right away, Brittany put me at ease. I felt like I knew her for years! And then we met the puppy! I thought for sure this wasn't going to work out! But Athena was wonderful with him! She didn't push him to play, she gave him his space. Kinda like she knew he was an old man and not a play buddy. Oliver did so much better than I expected with her! So I booked her! To my complete dismay and utter shock...Oli was great for her! Minus the last day when he chewed on her extension cord going outside to the Christmas decorations (We think he knew he was going home cuz he watched her pack up his stuff that morning before going to work.) Thankfully he didn't shock himself! Brittany was so understanding and wouldn't let me replace the cord! But no whining or crying at all! He fell in love with her son and slept with him every night. They were inseparable! Brittany gave me updates every day and sent pictures too! She answered every single question I had and never gave me reason to worry. She took care of him as well as I do! Knowing he was happy and in such good hands allowed me to relax and focus on my family and enjoy our trip. I couldn't be more thankful I found Brittany! I will 100% use her again! Thank you Brittany and family!! 🥰

Lisa kept me updated with photos and stories about Romeo’s adventures at her house. He came back happy and healthy. Would recommend Lisa any day!

Joni and her husband were absolutely fantastic. We had never left DUG with anyone else besides family before so we were a little anxious to say the least. They set our minds at ease immediately once we met them. DUG was comfortable and well taken care of for his overnight stay. Thank you both so much for!
