Kim went above and beyond what was asked, she made sure Ser and Loukoumi were given enrichment time and cleaned up any messes they made with the litter box. I’d be happy to have her return and care for them again!

First time using Rover and needed a last minute sitter for the weekend. Joanne was great, she kept me updated and sent lots of pictures :) I came home to two very happy kitties!!!!

Eileen communicated promptly when arranging for our pet to stay with her, and continued during the stay, as well as sending us several pictures. We weren't sure how our cat would react since we had never left her with anyone else before, but she seemed fine and content when we picked her up.
