Vivienne is the best! She’s so detailed with her visit notes. You can tell she just loves animals. She was prompt and precise. My cat loved her! She also came through on a last minute sitting, she’s a lifesaver. Will certainly rebook with her in the future!!

Kacey was great with our Brea. She came for introductions and Brea warmed up to her. Kacey was patient with a dog who at one moment is skittish and the next minute running crazy. She was great with Brea double checking all of our instructions. She also sent the sweetest photos.

Kim went above and beyond what was asked, she made sure Ser and Loukoumi were given enrichment time and cleaned up any messes they made with the litter box. I’d be happy to have her return and care for them again!

Kendra was really great! I was nervous about using the app again since the last person I booked was a disappointment. However Kendra followed all my instructions, came to the checkin on time and communicated early when the schedule needed to be adjusted. Most of us understand the trepidation of inviting a stranger into our home to check on our fur babies but with Kendra I have no issue. I will definately be booking her for future drop-in!

Marissa was kind enough to do a site visit prior to my departure and my girls bonded well with her which was reassuring. She spent quality time with them and sent me lots of photos which provided me with peace of mind. She went above and beyond to do small housekeeping tasks such as washing their used bowls and refilling my water pitcher which was very thoughtful.

Freya has cared for our pet babies for 3½ years. Our pets love her and we are super happy to have found her. She truly is a great petsitter and cares for those around her.

After using Madison previously, I was happy to book her for a two week stint to watch my cat and dog while I was on vacation. I returned home to two healthy happy furballs! She did everything I asked while I was away and communication between us for the duration was excellent. I received so many pictures of them while I was gone that I ALMOST didn't miss them, as crazy as that sounds. I knew they were in good hands!

The girls were very happy to have Aubriana check in on them. They had a great walk and visit! We’ll definitely have Aubriana back.
