Heather helped us out in a pinch and was very patient and understanding with our shy dog. This was our first time using Rover so we were grateful that Heather was super communicative and made us feel very comfortable.

Our little Chihuahua mix, a bit of a diva, takes his sweet time to warm up to new faces, but Mai was as patient as a saint, giving him the gentle treatment. Meanwhile, our pups had an absolute blast frolicking in the outdoor space like they were in puppy paradise. The best part? Mai kept us in the loop with a delightful stream of pics, videos, and updates that made us feel like proud dog parents.
