I appreciated her communication prior to the visit when she shared that she wasn't sure she was going to be able to make it due to snow the night before and not knowing if her friend's car would be available to get her to my home. It turned out, they were able to get the car out and she was on time for our scheduled appt.

Mia was very professional, courteous, and caring! Monito was instantly comfortable around her which made me feel better about leaving him in her hands. She even went above and beyond to make sure he would be taken care of during bad weather.

There are simply not enough words to describe what a fabulous experience we had with Zania. From the moment we first met her, both of my dogs adored her. Zania always arrived on time to take care of our girls, and she communicated with us regarding each visit. We LOVED her photos. We will definitely be booking with Zania again.

Lauren did a great job taking care of our 3 cats while we were on vacation and sending us a daily picture of whichever one came out of hiding while she was there. Even our most shy kitty, that no other sitter has ever seen before, came out of hiding while she was there. Highly recommend Lauren!
