We were so happy to meet Kim! She was very responsive and quickly arranged a meet-and-greet with our Bella, who adored her. Kim was professional and reliable, and she made us feel very comfortable- sending photos and sharing updates about her visit. We truly appreciated her care and will definitely use her again.
