It was our first time leaving, Daphne, our cat alone for a weekend and we were apprehensive in leaving her with a sitter. Patricia took the time to come to our house and meet Daphne. When it came time to leave for our trip Patricia made sure to send us a whole bunch of pictures of her and Daphne playing and having a good time. Patricia made our first experience using Rover effortless and made us feel comfortable while we enjoyed our weekend. We will be sure to check if Patricia is available next time we book a trip.

Sarah & Nathan were great with my two cats! They were quick to respond to any messages I sent, and they took great pictures showing that the cats were happy and comfy with them while I was away for a week. They also wrote details in visit notes about how playful the cats were and how quickly they finished their food, which helped put my mind at ease about whether they were getting enough food (some of their feedings were via auto-feeder and I get anxious about that malfunctioning) and whether they were stressed by my absence. Super happy with the care Sarah & Nathan provided and I would definitely book them again.
