From our perspective, Ryan's greatest asset is that he communicates well with the client in terms of establishing expectations. This was the case as related to logistics, the timing of scheduled walks and report-outs on the walks. We would definitely use him again.

This is our second time having Kendra walk our pups and she did an incredible job being on time for each walk and sending us a thorough summary of each walk. She sent lots of pictures and kept us in the loop about everything. So happy with her! And so are the pups!

Haeley was great. This was my first time using Rover. I wasn't even home when Haley arrived to walk my 5 month old, 48 pound puppy - my mother met Haeley at our house. She said Haeley was friendly and when meeting our pup for the first time she was great at helping her feel safe and happy to walk with her. She was sensitive to our dog's pace and needs at the end of a long day and included lovely photos and report.

Nikki was on and very engaged with Penny. She seems very knowledgeable about dogs. We would happily have her dog walk again!
