Robin did a great job caring for our kitten. Great attention to detail and updates which I really appreciated! I felt Pip was in great hands the whole time!

Stephen was the best. My kitties are a little shy and don’t always have the best demeanor but he always made sure they were doing fine and well fed. Stephen gave us a daily update with pictures even though Smokey and Zippy weren’t the most cooperative. It was such a great feeling to know they were well taken care of while we were away. Erin was a great cat sitter! She had an excellent rapport with Mozart and made him feel very comfortable around her. Her daily reports were very welcome and thorough. Plenty of pictures were quite nice showing Mozart having a good time with Erin. Will definitely hire her again!

This is our second booking with Tiara and it was a great experience again. Twice a day visits for five cats is no small task! The regular check ins and pictures are appreciate while we’re away. Especially if our older cat that’s a little shy. She has won them over, and we’ll be booking her to come again for our next trip.

Paul was extremely patient and caring towards our kitties. We have one kitty who requires daily medication, which is not easy to administer to her. He worked with us to ensure she received her medication safely each day, while still making sure all of the other kitties were safe and fed. Emma Rae was wonderful and we felt so comfortable leaving our cats in her care. She came to our home to meet our cats prior to our trip. We loved the pictures she sent of the 2 of them. this was our 1st experience with River and we feel so lucky to have connected with Emma Rae.
