Dog Boarding in Hatfield

We cannot recommend Katherine highly enough! From the moment we met them, it was clear that they genuinely love and understand dogs. Reese instantly felt comfortable around them, which speaks volumes, as our pup can sometimes be shy with new people. Throughout our time away, Katherine went above and beyond to ensure that Reese was happy, safe, and well-cared for. They provided regular updates, including photos. What stood out most was the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Every aspect of Reese’s care was handled with love and professionalism. Coming home to a relaxed and happy dog was the best feeling, and we know that’s entirely thanks to Katherine. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own, look no further. They are truly a gem!

Olivia did a wonderful job for me and for my pups Shiloh and Moochie. I needed her help at the last minute and she quickly and kindly give thumbs up to my request. It was a gray, rainy day when I dropped off my dogs, and it was gray & rainy when I picked them up, two days later. It didn't seem to bother Olivia one bit. Though I had navigated to the correct apartment complex, GPS wasn't quite precise enough to get me to the right building. Olivia was outside in the rain, helping/coaching me as we spoke on our phones, until I found & parked right in front of her. I am disabled, & walking is very hard for me. Olivia cheerfully & graciously came to the car & took both dogs by the leash, plus the bags I brought with their blankets, travel beds, food, and treats, and carried them all into her house for me, while I stayed in the car. Talk about a spontaneous demonstration of authentic compassion! Olivia's demeanor made it clear that she loved dogs, and in particular, that she really took a shine to my pups. She's got a genuinely sweet personality & smile that gave me confidence in knowing she would do everything necessary to make my pups relax, feel safe, and BE safe in her home. If I were to offer one bit of suggestion, it would be perhaps to send a text within a few hours after drop-off to say that the "kids" are doing well at "sleep-over camp"! That most likely won't be necessary for me in the future, though, when I inevitably call on Olivia to help me out again. I will already know they are absolutely in good hands with her.

We used Tyler for a 2 night stay. Communication was very efficient. Every time I sent a message to check on my dog he was very responsive. And he was available at the last minute.

Allan and Anne were great! They are so welcoming of our Ozzy Bear and we will definitely be using them again for future trips! Great house and fenced in yard, and we had no worries leaving our fur baby with them for the weekend!

Bridget had a great time during her stay at Olive's house! She is a very playful puppy and sometimes doesn't know when to stop, so I hope she didn't wear out her welcome! I'm sure she wore out the other pups who were there. We will definitely use Olive again, if she will have Bridget again!

Wow - Michael & Loraine were the perfect hosts for dog on our recent vacation. They have a lot of experience with dogs and I could see that on our meet-and-greet—our girl took to them immediately. They also listened intently and were attentive to our dogs needs and schedule. Most importantly, they treated her like she was their own. It was clear that our dog was very happy with her stay. We are 100% sure that she was well cared for and enjoyed her time in their house. There is no question that we will book with them again.

This was literally the BEST boarding experience ever. Amanda is amazing! We received the cutest, interactive daily photos and videos, and updates. And, were completely at ease knowing our pup was loved and cared for, getting plenty of excitement and exercise to burn energy and keep her entertained. She even made some special friends 💞 Will definitely book with Amanda again, highly recommend!!

Mikaila was such a Godsend! My pup (Bella) is nervous around new people and she made sure that we had ample time to get acquainted and reassured us with pictures and updates throughout our stay. Bella had a great stay and got along really well with Mikaila. Mikaila was very accommodating and positive! We are looking forward to booking with her again in the near future!

Ceinwen was absolutely wonderful! She’s sweet, responsive, and Finn had an absolute blast! I look forward to using her pet care services in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care! Thanks, Ceinwen!

We could not have been any happier with the care given to our 11.5 month old pup. They sent photos all week long and I could tell once we got home that she had the best week. She loved their dog Rockie and Minnie their foster pup was a bonus.

Anaceila is awesome and I feel so at ease when she’s watching my pup! She sends a few pictures and updates which I also really appreciate. I highly recommend!

Colleen took the time for a meet and greet which was very important to us. Her dog was so sweet. They all spent some time getting to know eachother. We have a Large golden and small Boston terrier. Her set up indoor/outdoor was perfect. Our dogs were so excited to see all the dog toys and just be able to have so much space to run. She had them for 6 days. We were impressed with how she let it known she was the leader of the pack as my golden was new to being there and not acting like himself. He needed to know he was not the alfa and to share toys etc. When the date came to drop them off with her our dogs were more then excited to see us pull up to her house again. She put our mind at ease with updates and picture while we were away. Very appreciative and would definitely recommend and return to her for dog care again.

Shamira was great. Very professional and warm. She recommended a meet and greet with just the dogs to see how they would react to her home, family, and dog before the actual daycare, and they did very well, which was reassuring. I can tell that she and her family are dog lovers. Her daughter was so sweet with my pups. My dogs seemed to get along well with her dog. Nice safe neighborhood and fenced yard. Plenty of updates with photos. My older dog has bad separation anxiety, but he only cried a little while there, which tells me that he felt pretty comfortable. I highly recommend Shamira.

She was amazing!!! She booked us last minute during a very stressful time and throughout the time she took care of my baby she communicated and sent multiple pictures and updates on how she was doing. Additionally, she was very open to work with us about the drop off a d pick up times. Knowing my dog, I bet my baby felt at home with Mariia.

Heather was amazing and took the best care of our dog. We got updates daily with the cutest pictures- he was clearly very happy on his vacation away! Highly recommend

Highly recommend!! Carol was the perfect find for us to board our 11-month-old pointer for a long weekend. She and her husband provided our dog tons of exercise and activities throughout the whole weekend and didn’t even ask for the crate from us even though we do crate train our dogs. She said she wasn’t going anywhere and communicated every day with pictures. She really helped me out in a bind as a winter storm hit on my way back from our trip and the roads were getting bad. She offered to hold onto our dog for an extra night. Very thankful to have found her and will use again!
