Dog Boarding in Heaton

My husband and I panicked a bit when our senior dog's usual babysitter became injured the day before our trip to Italy over Thanksgiving week. He's healthy, but was a rescue and has his quirks. We had never left him with a sitter sight unseen, but considering the very short notice and holiday week, we had to do so. We decided on this sitter on the basis of her reviews, the pictures of her & her children interacting with animals, and hoped for the best, and we are so glad we did :). She was WONDERFUL. She also offered the amazing helpful service of picking up and dropping off our dog, which again was very helpful in the tight timeline. We met Roseanna and one of her sons when they came to pick up Pepper, and both of them were kind, calming, loving, and really seemed devoted to making sure Pepper felt comfortable and had a great time. She sent pictures and videos and he seemed very happy! We were so grateful to have found this wonderful home away from home for him. He came home healthy and happy. The only dilemma is whom to contact the next time we travel. We may have to show Pepper pictures of Roseanna and his regular sitter and see which he picks :).

Leaving Gino with Mariia feels as comforting as leaving our fur baby with a family member. We know Mariia takes care of him as is he were her dog. Thank you!

Jia was great with Gus!! She updated us all weekend with photos and videos. She had a big backyard for Gus to run around. She was very responsive and a big help during our weekend getaway. Thanks Jia!!!

Becky and Christian are always conscientious about following Sweetie's instructions. Also, they noticed a leak in her food container, so they found the same one online and ordered it for me.

This is our third time using Kathleen, and we are so thankful that we found her. She takes great care of Maxey and communicates well while we are away.

Kathryn sent lots of photos and took great care of our baby. She’s a very caring “ dog mom”. Our pup got along great with her dog too. Her house is a real dog haven! Excellent!!!

Mary was absolutely amazing! She was very responsible, responsive and provided timely updates when caring for my energetic, clingy corgi. My dog absolutely enjoyed his time with her .She was also very flexible when plans changed. Mary is one of the best dog sitters I’ve had in the city and will definitely be using her services again!

Bazil finally had a longer stay with Joe and Bonnie for the Christmas holiday and he had a wonderful time. I received lots of sweet photos every day and could tell he was very happy. They are very patient, kind and loving with our little guy and we are so happy to have found them.

My baby enjoyed her stay with Jessica and the gang i will definitely be using her again. She was very kind and welcoming. I appreciate your loving spirits while taking care of Aliya!

Ryan was super responsive and sent us plenty of pictures throughout our dogs’ stay. They came back happy and healthy! We hope to use him again in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Traci and Jeff! From the moment we left, they were incredibly communicative and kept us updated every step of the way. We received so many photos and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind and let us see just how happy and well cared for our dog was. It was clear that our dog was treated with so much love, attention, and kindness. We felt completely comfortable knowing they were in such great hands, and that made all the difference while we were away. I can’t recommend them highly enough! This was our first time using Rover, and Gabriela truly exceeded our expectations. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Gabby has a genuine love for dogs. She cared for our boys while we were away on a 7-day international trip, and we couldn’t have felt more at ease. Every day, Gabby sent us thoughtful updates and adorable photos, showing our pups enjoying walks, playtime, and lots of love. She really spoiled them with attention, which meant the world to us—our dogs are part of our family, and we’ve never left them with anyone outside of it before. From the start, Gabby took the time to learn about each of our dogs—their personalities, routines, and special needs. Our Labradoodle is very anxious, and our senior Yorkie is definitely a bit spoiled, but Gabby was so patient and understanding with both of them. If you’re nervous about leaving your dog with someone new, believe me when I say Gabriela is someone you can trust. She’s a certified dog lover, and our boys absolutely adored her and her family. They were relaxed and happy when we picked them up, showing no signs of stress at all. We will definitely be requesting Gabby’s services again for all of our future boarding needs!

Jeffrey was fantastic! He accepted our request last minute and was great with communication! When we picked up our girl she was so happy, we know he took good care of her! Would definitely book again!

Heather was so wonderful taking care of our Mittens! She treated our kitty like she was her own. She sent us photos and updated everyday that showed how comfortable Mittens was in Heather's home. I highly recommend her for you pet sitting needs!!

Lee is amazing. Provided daily updates on how Archie was doing. I highly recommend her for your puppy’s stay and will definitely be reaching out to her for our future boarding needs.

Jennifer was the best sitter to watch our puppy Theo! We left him with her for 6 nights and she sent us daily picture updates. I love that she has a big backyard, lots of pets and is home most of the day - Theo never got lonely! We are looking forward to using Jennifer in the future!
