Courtney was amazinggggg !!!!!! I was able to get on the phone with her very easily and discuss anything she needed to know about my baby Ro Z. She was EXTREMELY patient with her as this was Ro’s first experience with the rover app and being alone without mommy. Lucy has been absolutely wonderful with our two dogs! She is reliable, communicative, and clearly loves what she does. Our dogs are always excited to see her, and we have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in such caring and capable hands. She goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy, safe, and well exercised. Jaclyn was extremely flexible in filling in when our regular dogwalker had some unavailability and changing the visits to better suit my dog. Charlotte had a blast with her. I highly recommend Jaclyn!

From our perspective, Ryan's greatest asset is that he communicates well with the client in terms of establishing expectations. This was the case as related to logistics, the timing of scheduled walks and report-outs on the walks. We would definitely use him again.

Haeley was great. This was my first time using Rover. I wasn't even home when Haley arrived to walk my 5 month old, 48 pound puppy - my mother met Haeley at our house. She said Haeley was friendly and when meeting our pup for the first time she was great at helping her feel safe and happy to walk with her. She was sensitive to our dog's pace and needs at the end of a long day and included lovely photos and report.

Hadiya is great, they're an excellent communicator & have been great with my energetic pup !
