Mackenzie was an amazing pet sitter! She was always timely, friendly, and professional, which gave me so much peace of mind. I especially appreciated how she was able to get my shy cat to take her meds which is no small feat! I hadn't traveled out of town in 5 years. I was hesitant and nervous to leave my 15 year-old cat, Higgins, alone. I'm so glad I found Rachael. What a great caregiver and sitter! I knew during our meet-and-greet that Higgins would be in great hands! I received an arrival and departure text for every visit, along with pictures and feeding and visit notes. Rachael goes above expectations: dishes and forks were washed, water bowls were full, feeding station and litter box area were tidy and clean.
